SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All on-line purchases from Medley Creations are processed and shipped in 1-3 working days Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We only ship to the billing address of the order placed by the credit card. All deliveries need to be signed for. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time. We do not ship to PO Boxes. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order. We make all the effort for all orders processed as quickly as possible and shipped as quickly as possible. Medley Creations cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please also note that if the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is undeliverable, or returned, additional shipping fees will apply.
PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Currently we accept Visa, Visa®, Visa Delta, MasterCard®, American Express®, PayPal®, PayPal Express®.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Prices displayed on our site are quoted as British Pound (GBP) and include VAT. We reserve the right to determine the initial foreign exchange rate when converting to GBP, and take no responsibility or liability for the final converted amount on your credit card statement. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirm stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
For orders to UK and EU addresses, UK VAT is applied, meaning that they are not eligible for a VAT refund.
You can exchange the product with a new one or ask for a refund. Customers should contact us at email@example.com with your details before returning a product by email and explain your reasons for return. We will get back to you explaining how you can ship and return your product.
You have 14 business days to return an item from the date you received it. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, which will only be refunded if the return is due to an accepted complaint or any defect on the product. Therefore we kindly ask our customers to include the shipping receipt in the return package.
The item is customer's responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as DHL, UPS or FedEx.

(Please remember to get proof of posting): For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them.
If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact Medley Creations immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery in this case.
To be eligible for a return the products should meet following conditions.
Your item must be undamaged unused/unworn and is in the same condition that you received it.
Product isn't altered or damaged
Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
The customer pays for the shipping costs, in case of a return.
Sale items aren't eligible for refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure that it is eligible for return, we will contact you via email to confirm. If your return is approved, we will transfer a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

Medley Creations scarves are limited edition the textiles we use are very delicate and mostly hand woven and all our scarves are hand finished. Due to the extremely fragile nature of the weaving of Medley Creations scarves and Sarongs, these products require special care and attention in use and storage. Due to the fact that majority of the design and manufacturing process is done by hand, there may be some imperfections in the final product. Each one of our scarves and sarongs is unique so yours will be special to you.

All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of item's receipt, and following the same steps & principles outlined in the returns section. We will be sending an invoice to our customer if there is a difference in cost between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Within the UK and the EU countries 20% VAT is included in the total price shown.
